a camera trainee job is start of their careers making tea and coffee and collecting documents for the camera department but they mainly work with the 2nd camera operators helping pick up secondary shots of scenes.

SWOT TABLE
A smart target is when you set your self a very specific and achievable target that is relevant to your project or your situation and should be set on an accessible and comfortable timescale of your choice but personally I set it for about 2 weeks to a month in timescale and they are usually small and achievable tasks such as finishing an edit or sort out your hard drive organisation.
SMART TARGET 1
Organise both my hard drive and my SD card as they are quite messy at the moment and need organising and a space cleaning, By removing any useless footage or random documents that I do not need.

MY PERSONAL SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
My strengths are basic but can be powerful when used in the right way. what I plan to do with my strengths is that I will continue to grow them and make use of them more in life such as cooking I do that mostly everyday but with skills such as jam syncing and using the large Panasonic cameras can be used in the way of volunteer work that I could do to help build my skills for the film industry for my future career paths. If I ant to do that task I have to be determined and motivated to continue on with my journey.
Weaknesses
I have many weaknesses like everybody else on the earth but mine a very detrimental to my hopeful career in this industry such as my likeliness to overthink and that will interfere with my ability to conduct swift and decisive choices and could lead to me loosing my job. I also have anger issues that I have been working on and that could end me up in situations I don't want to be in. the only way to deal with my weaknesses is to face them so I can't use after effects or the life of me but I'm gonna try and learn
Opportunities
I have friends and family that know someone who is in the industry and I have been offered to go to their studios and volunteer to help out for a week to get some experience for the future and to see If I'm personally making the right choice for my future and if it would make me happy.
Threats
I have always thought that am I just wasting my time with media and I shaped just change careers because sometimes I think I'm not smart enough or well put together to even make it into the industry or am I going to make anything of my life or that is uni a good idea or not, but I have a way to get over this and its all about believing in yourself and always being positive because thats key to life.
MY WELL BEING
What I will do to improve my well being is to speak to someone in person because I need to improve my social life and my well being, I am going to start going to the gym to become more active and talk to someone new to get a perspective in the world of other peoples lives.
I might start to care for a plant because to see something I've cared for grow and be healthy will make my well being just a little bit better swell as cleaning my room.
I'm going to learn mixing in the EDM genre as its my favourite genre of music swell its upbeat and makes me happy.
I going to try and be kinder and start giving more than taking.

Look sharp
From meeting the coursed director Jim Granger I have learnt that he Is quiet relaxed so I expect the type of clothes I wear should not be as strict and smart such as not wearing a tie to show I'm relaxed and try to be myself.
Be prepared
to be prepared I should create a sort of to do list in preparation of my interview such as iron my clothes and such to help me from not stressing as much. I should also keep a copy of my CV and my Personal statement just incase they forget their copy.
Recce
Before going into my interview I should find out where I'm going for it so Im not late to the interview and I don't get lost in the building
